Mawdsleys Pump Services engineer re-installing a small single sewage pump into position using a single guide rail system.
These works are undertaken on a Planned Maintenance contract for all pumps at one of our customers sites in the South West of England.
This is a simple process of lifting the pump using the chain and lowering onto guide rail system with a bracket attached to the pump, slowly lower the pump down the guide rail until it slides into position and creates a seal with the outlet pipe work.
Ensure pump is located properly by gently moving the pump from side to side until you feel it locate and then run pump in hand to test.
